Our Team

A native of Russia, Dr. Tomenko came to the U.S. on a music scholarship to attend Columbia Union College, where she traveled and performed extensively with the New England Youth Ensemble and Columbia Collegiate Chorale. Ultimately she graduated with a degree in cello and voice and was accepted to study dentistry at Loma Linda University.

As a student, Dr. Tomenko was involved with Clinic with a Heart and other programs that provided discounted or pro bono services to those in need in the surrounding area. She was also sent as a student missionary dentist to serve for one month at a dental clinic in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. In 2010, she was the recipient of the Award for Humanitarian Concern given by the National Association of Seventh-day Adventist Dentists. Local community service events have included Your Best Pathway to Health in Beckley, WV, and AMEN Dental Clinic in Silver Spring, MD.  

Dr. Tomenko is focused on providing comprehensive dental care in a patient-friendly atmosphere for the entire family. She values life-long learning and pursuing continuing dental education for herself and her staff. As the practice grows, Dr. Tomenko is committed to maintaining the highest standards of excellence in service to the community. Outside of the office she enjoys gardening, playing music, and cooking. She is married to Mark Di Pinto and has four beautiful children: Sophia, Daniel, Isabella, and Eva.

Dr. Debora Kormann is a licensed DDS with over 10 years of professional experience and an appreciation for restoring confident, beautiful smiles. Dr. Kormann earned her first DDS degree from the National Autonomous University of Nicaragua UNAN-Leon in 2010 and received postgraduate training in Aesthetic and Restorative Dentistry. She practiced for five years in her own dental office while serving as a volunteer for a non-profit mobile dental relief program in rural communities of Nicaragua.

After graduating from the Advanced Standing Program for International Dentists at Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of the University of Southern California Dr. Kormann received her second DDS degree in 2021.  Dr. Kormann is currently a member of the American Dental Association and Academy of General Dentistry.

Dr. Kormann’s philosophy is centered on preventive dentistry, quality comprehensive dental care to the needs of each patient, and a conservative minimally invasive approach to dental treatments.  Dr. Kormann is a second-generation dentist who loves nature, enjoys photography, and relishes traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Tatiana, a registered dental hygienist, was born in Ekaterinburg, Russia. She is a graduate of the Music College, Kaluga, Russia, and received her PhD from the Pedagogical University, Ekaterinburg, Russia. She met her husband while he was working with an aircraft construction club in her city. Later, she helped him in his snowmobile tour business as a tour liaison in the Urals region.

After relocating to the United States, she attended Allegheny College of Maryland where she graduated from the dental hygiene program. Tatiana worked as an intern at the Martinsburg VA Regional Hospital and was a volunteer hygienist with Mission of Mercy. She also has experience working with periodontal, elderly, and special needs patients. She keeps up with all the latest technology of dentistry by attending Continuing Education courses to the father knowledge in the dental field. 

Tatiana enjoys patients and makes it her priority to educate them in understanding the importance of good oral hygiene and dental health. Tatiana is always open to new experiences. She enjoys snowmobiling, and flying with her husband in homebuilt aircraft. She worked for several years as a licensed pyrotechnician in the commercial fireworks industry. In her spare time, she assists her husband in his commercial beekeeping business and enjoys spending time doing crafts and exploring nature with her granddaughter and friends. 

Originally from Romania, Iulia and Dr. Tomenko have worked together since 2016. Iulia wears multiple hats in our office, but her focus is helping patients receive an outstanding experience with the practice. Our patients and staff enjoy her positive personality and radiant smile.

Iulia values quality time with her husband Juan Carlos and their two children, Talia and Tiago.

Sonia has been working in the dental field for about 9 years focusing on patient care. She loves to make sure all patients leave feeling confident with their fresh new smiles. She prides herself on getting to know all patients and forming a connection with them in order to make them feel comfortable with any treatment they may receive.

Sonia was born and raised in Silver Spring,  Maryland, but her origins are from Nicaragua and Guatemala.  She has a daughter who is 11 years old and keeps her on her toes. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor adventures, hanging out with friends, and spending time with her daughter sharing their common hobbies.

Raquel is a dedicated dental assistant known for her patient-focused approach, always aiming to make each patient feel comfortable and well-cared for.

Outside of work, she enjoys cooking and spending quality time with her husband, Oscar, and their two children, Shawn and Samantha. Her warmth and attentiveness shine through in both her professional and personal life.
